Tomorrow the meetings of the Langwidge Sandwidge recommence, with
Sylvia Adamson (Sheffield) speaking on ‘Empson, Williams and Jane Austen: Diachronic and synchronic perspectives on polysemy’. This, like all Langwidge Sandwidge talks this term, takes place Tuesday 1-2pm, room S.2.2, Samuel Alexander Building. More details on this, and future talks in the series are here. Be there! (See this post for the new Manchet-specific meaning of this imperative.)
