Cameron-Faulkner in “Child Development”

LEL’s new professor (congratulations!) Thea Cameron-Faulkner has just published a paper in Child Development, in collaboration with Nivedita Malik, Circle Steele, Stefano Coretta, Ludovica Serratrice and Elena Lieven (at least one of these names should sound familiar to Manchet readers). The paper is titled ‘A Cross‐Cultural Analysis of Early Prelinguistic Gesture Development and Its Relationship to Language Development’. It reports on a study investigating pre-linguistic development in 59 infants raised across three culturally distinct groups in the UK. The paper is available Open Access, so you can read more here. It contains no cute photo of babies, but we’ve found one on Google for you.
